Addressing Safety First
At Universal Cleaning Services we are treating the COVID-19 virus situation very seriously, and have compiled information for all of our customers below to detail our precautions.

Additional Measures We’ve Added:
- No cleaning staff is allowed to be by staff other than their direct team member (social distancing). The cleaning staff is not allowed in the office, and must stay in their vehicles while managers load their equipment and supplies each day.
- All staff must be wearing a surgical or other CDC recommended mask inside the home at all times.
- Temperatures are being taken every morning for each staff member, to ensure nobody with a fever is working.
Our Request of Our Customers:
The number one thing we are asking from our customers is for clear communication if you or anyone in your household has been experiencing flu-like symptoms or has tested positive for the flu or COVID-19. In these instances all precautions are going to be taken to ensure there is no chance of spreading the illness.
Also, we now request that all customers notify us immediately if they have traveled on a cruise or have traveled internationally. For these customers, we will want to wait 14 days from the date of return home before coming to your home. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated on this matter.
We will not be charging any cancellation fees related to illness. Even if you become aware of an illness the morning of or during the day of your cleaning please call and we will cancel it immediately. We can handle the disruption and value the information so we can continue to keep everyone healthy.
